These terms apply to this website and to the services RUKKU Loans, Builders & Promoters provides. Using the site means you accept them.
What this website is
This site describes what we do and how we work. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Figures, timelines and eligibility descriptions are general guidance. Your actual terms depend on the lender, the property and your own circumstances, and they are confirmed in writing when your file is assessed.
We are not the lender
RUKKU arranges and assists with loans. We are not a bank and we do not lend. The decision to sanction, the interest rate and the final terms are set by the lender, not by us.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. For a decision of any size, take independent advice from a qualified professional — and we will tell you when we think you should.
Property listings
Listings are checked before they are published, but availability and price change. A property shown here may already be sold or withdrawn.
Before you commit to any purchase, have the documents examined by your own advocate. We will supply whatever your advocate asks for.
Construction work
Construction is carried out under a separate written agreement covering scope, specification, price, schedule and payment stages. Anything on this website is superseded by that agreement.
Estimates are valid for the period stated on them, because material rates move.
Fees
Our fee is agreed in advance and stated before work begins. Third-party costs — processing charges, stamp duty, registration fees, valuation and legal charges — are payable in addition and are not ours.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
