Drawings, estimates, approvals and supervision — without the full contract

Construction consultation is for owners who are running their own build but want professional help with specific parts: drawings, approvals, a realistic cost estimate, or periodic supervision to check the work being done.

Plenty of people in this region build through a mason they know and trust, and there is nothing wrong with that. What is usually missing is a proper drawing set, a sanctioned plan and someone checking the reinforcement before a slab is cast.

We take those pieces on their own. The most common request is a second opinion on an estimate before signing with a contractor — which is a small fee against a large decision, and we would rather you spent it than not.

How it runs

  1. Tell us which part you want help with
  2. Site visit or document review, depending on the scope
  3. Deliverable — a drawing set, an estimate review, or an approval submission
  4. Site visits at agreed stages if supervision is included
  5. A written report after each visit noting what was checked and what needs attention

Construction Consultation — common questions

  • Yes, and it is one of our most common consultation jobs. We check the quantities, the specification and the rates, and tell you what has been left out — omissions matter more than inflated rates in most quotes.

Tell us what you need

A loan, a building, a plot — start with a conversation. We will tell you plainly whether we can help and what it will cost.
