Residential construction covers building a home to live in or to let — an independent house, a duplex, or a small apartment block of a few units. RUKKU handles the full sequence: drawings, local body approval, structure, services and finishing.
Residential work is where the client's daily life is designed, so the early decisions matter more than the expensive ones later. Where the kitchen window faces, how the staircase eats into the first floor, whether the car can actually turn into the porch — these are settled on paper, cheaply, or discovered on site, expensively.
For a small apartment block the arithmetic is different again: unit mix, parking and setbacks decide what the building can earn. We work that out with you before the drawings are finalised rather than after the plan is approved.

Residential Construction — common questions
It depends almost entirely on the specification, not the structure. The shell varies little; flooring, joinery, sanitary fittings and electrical work are what move the figure. We give you a rate against a written specification, so a comparison between two builders is meaningful.
We do, as part of the contract. You will need to provide the title documents and patta, and sign the application as the owner.
Yes, and most clients do. Changes are priced and signed off before the work is carried out, so the cost never moves without your agreement. Changes to the structure are far more expensive after the roof is cast than before.
