What this covers
This policy explains what RUKKU Loans, Builders & Promoters does with the information you give us, whether through this website, over the phone, on WhatsApp or in our office.
If anything here is unclear, ask us. We would rather explain it than have you agree to something you have not read.
What we collect
We only ask for what a particular job actually needs. For a general enquiry that is your name and a way to reach you. For a loan or property file it is considerably more, because lenders and registrars require it.
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address and the district you are in
- What you told us you need, so we can give a useful answer
- For an active file: identity documents, income proof and property papers required by the lender or the registrar
This website stores nothing
The enquiry form on our contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. It assembles your message and hands it to WhatsApp or to your own email application, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing is stored on this site.
We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
What we do with it
We use your information to answer your enquiry and to carry out the work you have asked for. That means sharing documents with the specific lender, valuer, advocate, registrar or authority your file requires — and with nobody else.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your number to other firms so they can call you.
How long we keep it
General enquiries that do not become a file are kept only as long as the conversation is live. Records of completed work are kept for as long as the relevant law requires, because loan and property transactions carry statutory retention periods.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we will.
Write to rukkukpm@gmail.com or call 98655 53629.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting an active file will be told to you directly rather than left here to be discovered.
