Turnkey house construction means one contract and one point of responsibility from the first drawing to the day you get the keys. You are not coordinating a mason, an electrician and a plumber separately, and you are not chasing approvals yourself.
The alternative most families try first is managing the build themselves to save the contractor's margin. It can work, and we have seen it work. It also demands that someone be on site regularly for a year, know when a slab is being cast badly, and have the standing to send material back. If that person does not exist in your family, the saving tends to be spent twice over.
Under a turnkey contract you get one written specification, one price, one schedule and one person to call. Where the specification is silent, we write it down and price it before the work happens.

House Construction — common questions
We state the exclusions in writing at the start. Typically these are furniture, appliances, the electricity service connection deposit, and any compound wall or landscaping not in the drawings. You should never have to guess at this.
Eight to fourteen months for a typical independent house, depending on size and finishing. Rain, material availability and changes you request during the build are the usual causes of delay, and we flag each as it happens.
Yes. We will build to their drawings and coordinate with them through the job. The estimate is then prepared against their specification rather than ours.
